Mary Berry and Oti Mabuse served up a spicy Christmas chutney with peppers and aubergine on Mary Makes Christmas.
The ingredients are: 3 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes, 700g onions, chopped into small pieces, 1 large aubergine, chopped into ½cm pieces, 1 green pepper, chopped into ½cm pieces, 3 red peppers, chopped into ½cm pieces, 4 fat garlic cloves, grated, 350g granulated sugar, 300ml white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp coriander seeds, finely crushed, 1 tbsp paprika and 2 tsp cayenne pepper.
