Mary Berry showed Oti Mabuse how to make her delicious almond snowballs with icing sugar and meringue on Mary Makes Christmas.

The ingredients are: 2 free-range egg whites, 100g caster sugar, 175g ground almonds, 1 tsp almond extract, 55g blanched almonds, chopped and 55g icing sugar, sifted.
