Mary Berry served up delicious mini marzipan topped Christmas cake with apricot jam for a gift on Mary Makes Christmas.
The ingredients are: 150g margarine, straight from the fridge, 150g caster sugar, 175g self-raising flour, 2 large free-range eggs, 1 clementine, satsuma or small orange, zest only, 225g sultanas and 225g mincemeat.
To decorate: apricot jam, melted, marzipan, royal icing and edible silver balls.
