Nisha Katona served up tasty Christmas Prosecco bhajis with Brussels sprouts festive street food on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g gram / chickpea flour, plus extra if needed, 1½ tsp ground coriander, 1½ tsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander, ½ clove garlic, grated, 1 green chilli, deseeded and sliced, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda / baking soda, 200ml warm water, 100ml prosecco, Vegetable oil, for deep frying, 4 white onions, roughly chopped, 8 brussels sprouts finely sliced and 1 handful of dried snacking cranberries.
For the dipping sauce: 250g natural yoghurt, 2 tbsp mint jelly – has to be jelly, 1 clove garlic, grated (optional), Salt, to season and Coriander, to serve.
