Mary Berry served up tasty Christmas turkey pasties with cream cheese, sage and onion on Mary Makes Christmas.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp sunflower oil, 2 large onions, chopped: 2 large onions, chopped, 250g turkey mince (thigh is good if you can get it), 100g button mushrooms, sliced, 100g spinach, roughly chopped, 1 tbsp chopped fresh sage, 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, ½ lemon, finely grated zest only, 100g full-fat cream cheese, 100g roasted red peppers from a jar, finely diced, 75g mature cheddar, grated, 500g block puff pastry, 1 free-range egg, beaten, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
