Mary Berry and Amanda Holden served up delicious spiced apricots in brandy on Mary Makes Christmas.
The ingredients are: 600ml water, 500g whole soft ready-to-eat dried apricots: 500g whole soft ready-to-eat dried apricots, 350g granulated sugar: 350g granulated sugar, 150ml brandy: 150ml brandy, 3 bay leaves3 bay leaves and 5 star anise.
