Evan Samson served up a refreshing sloe Christmas cocktail with berries and pomegranate on Kirstie’s Handmade Christmas.
The ingredients are: 2 blackberries, 2 raspberries, tsp pomegranate seeds, half measure cinnamon syrup, full measure of lemon juice, 25ml sloe gin and 25ml orange liqueur.
To serve: crushed ice, 2 fresh blackberries and cinnamon stick.
