Mary Berry served up tasty sriracha chicken wings with mayonnaise and sour cream on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Will Kirk.
The ingredients are: 1kg large chicken wings, without tips (about 12), 2 tbsp sunflower oil, plus extra for drizzling, 2 tsp sriracha sauce, 15g plain flour, 1 tsp paprika and 2 tsp ground ginger.
For the sriracha sauce: 150g sour cream, 2 tbsp full-fat mayonnaise, Juice of ½ lemon, 2 tsp sriracha sauce and 2 tbsp freshly chopped chives, plus extra to garnish.
