Mary Berry served up a tasty miso sesame trout fillet with pak chox and spring onions on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Will Kirk.
The ingredients are: 4 × 125g raw fresh trout fillets, skin on, 4 level tsp white miso paste, 3 tbsp sesame seeds, 2 tbsp sunflower oil, plus a bit extra for the veg, Knob of butter, 4 pak choi, sliced into large pieces and 6 spring onions, finely sliced.
For the glaze: 4 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tsp white miso paste and 2 tsp olive or sesame oil.
