James Martin served up a tasty white truffle pasta with wild mushrooms on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 50ml white wine, 1 shallot, peeled and diced, 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed, 25ml Madeira wine, 100ml double cream, 100ml veal stock, 50g butter, 200g fresh wild mushrooms, 15g dried morels, soaked, 1 small bunch chervil, For the pasta, 250g 00 flour, 250g semolina flour and 5 eggs.
To serve: Parmesan and White truffle.
