Tim Spector served up a green shakshuka health boosting breakfast with kale and miso on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 leek, thinly sliced, 2 garlic cloves, roughly chopped, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, ½ tsp chilli flakes, Pinch of Salt , 100g shredded kale, 1x 400g tin borlotti beans and their liquid, 1 ½ tbsp miso paste, 4 medium eggs, 15g coriander, roughly chopped, Lime wedges, to serve and Fresh ground black pepper.
Top-ups (optiomsl) : Kefir, Kimchi and Fresh chilli.
For the seed mix sprinkle: 100g golden flaxseeds, 100g sesame seeds, 150g sunflower seeds , 150g pumpkin seeds and 50g chia seeds.
Swaps: Cubed smoked tofu for eggs and Any beans for borlotti.
