Mary Berry served up a tasty langoustine paella with cod, squid and mussels on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Sarah Davies.
The ingredients are: 6 raw langoustines, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced, 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped, a good pinch saffron, 1 tbsp paprika, 275g paella rice or basmati, 150ml white wine, 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 600ml fish stock, 250g cod, skinned and sliced into large chunks, 200g squid, sliced, 350g mussels and 55g frozen petits pois.
To serve: 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, (optional) and lemon wedges.
