Mary Berry floating islands with caramel recipe on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Sara Davis

Mary Berry served up delicious floating islands with caramel on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners with Sara Davis.

The ingredients are: butter, for greasing, 600ml full-fat milk, 3 eggs, separated, 200g caster sugar, 1 tbsp cornflour and 2 tsp vanilla extract.

For the caramel: 25g caster sugar.
