Ben Newman served up a tasty steak spud with fried onions and mushrooms on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: For the baked potatoes and 2 jacket potatoes.
For the fried onions and mushrooms: 2 tbsp olive oil, knob of unsalted butter, 2 large onions, sliced into thin rounds and 200g button or chestnut mushrooms, sliced.
For the steak: 2 lean rump or sirloin steaks (150g each), olive oil, for brushing, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
To serve: 2 large knobs of butter, mustard, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce or béarnaise sauce, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
