Meliz Berg spiced mince and chips with oven baked chips, fried mince, tomato sauce and garlic yoghurt recipe

Meliz Berg served up tasty spiced mince and chips with oven baked chips, fried mince, tomato sauce and garlic yoghurt on This Morning.

The ingredients for the chips are: 4 tbsp olive oil, 750g Cyprus or Maris Piper or King Edward Potatoes, 2tbsp cornflour and 1tsp sea salt flakes.

For the garlic yoghurt: 150g thick natural yoghurt, 1tsp finely grated garlic and A pinch of sea salt flakes, or a taste.

For the spiced mince: 2 tbsp olive oil , 500g beef mince, 1 tsp finely grated garlic, 2 tsp tatli biber salçasi (Turkish sweet (mild) red pepper paste), 1 tsp pul biber (Aleppo pepper/ Turkish red pepper flakes) + extra to garnish, 1 tsp paprika , ½ tsp sea salt flakes, ½ tsp coarse black pepper flakes and 10g fresh flat leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped.

For the tomato sos (sauce): 1 tsp olive oil, 1 tbsp tatli biber salçasi (Turkish sweet (mild) red pepper paste), 200g finely chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp pul biber (Aleppo peppe r/ Turkish red pepper flakes) and A pinch of sea salt flakes.
