Mary Berry and Sue Perkins served up tasty goat’s cheese, asparagus and fig bruschetta (tartines) on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners.
The ingredients are: 12 asparagus spears, woody ends removed, ½ French stick baguette, cut on the diagonal into 4, 2–3 tbsp olive oil, 200g soft spreadable goat’s cheese, 4 small figs, each cut into 6 and 1 tsp caster sugar or runny honey.
