Niklas Ekstedt served up tasty frozen feta cheese with crispy black pudding and berries on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 100g feta cheese, frozen for at least 2 hours, 140g fresh blackberries, 140g fresh lingonberries (or lingonberry jam as an alternative), 1 tbsp caster sugar, 1 tbsp butter or oil (for frying) and 150g black pudding, thickly sliced.
