John Torode roast leg of lamb one tray wonder with boulangere potatoes, cabbage and bacon lardons on this morning.
The ingredients are: 200g butter, 2 kilos large potatoes peeled thinly sliced, 300g white onions sliced, Salt, Lots of ground black pepper, 300ml strong meat stock, 1 large leg of lamb, Loads of rosemary – 10 branches rubbed with oil and salt, Little vegetable oil.
