Mary Berry Poached Halibut with Clam, Green Beans and a Lemon and Creme Fraiche Sauce recipe on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners

Mary Berry and Hamza Yassin served up a tasty Poached Halibut with Clam, Green Beans and a Lemon and Creme Fraiche Sauce on Mary’s Foolproof Dinners.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp olive oil, Knob of butter, 4 large banana shallots, finely chopped, 2 garlic cloves, finely grated, 175ml white wine, 2 × 175–200g long halibut fillets, skin on, 500g fresh clams in their shells, cleaned and scrubbed, juice of ½ lemon, 200g full-fat crème fraîche, 3 tbsp freshly chopped parsley, 300g French green beans and ½ lemon, cut into wedges.
