James Martin Poulet Sauté au Vinaigre (chicken with vinegar and tomatoes) with Mashed Potatoes recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty Poulet Sauté au Vinaigre (chicken with vinegar and tomatoes) with Mashed Potatoes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 4 large chicken thighs, bone in skin on, Vegetable oil, 5 tomatoes, 1/4d, 1 shallot diced, A knob of butter, 1 tsp tomato puree, 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped, 50ml red wine vinegar, 100ml white wine, 500ml chicken stock, 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp fresh tarragon and chervil chopped.

To serve: Mashed potato, Butter and Cream.
