John Whaite cooks Spanish tortilla with roasted peppers on Lorraine that he says that “This is a protein fluid Spanish omelette with plenty of eggs.”
The ingredients for the peppers: 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, Olive oil, 75g butter and A handful flaked almonds.
For the tortilla: 6 boiled new potatoes, cubed, 1 medium onion, 100g chorizo, 1 clove garlic, Salt and pepper, Small handful fresh parsley and 8 eggs.
