Jamie Oliver served up tasty Sichuan pepper beef brisket with cucumber and rice noodles on Jamie: Fast and Simple.
The ingredients are: 2 large red onions, 2 oranges, 4 cloves of garlic, 4cm piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons low-salt soy sauce, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons runny honey, 4 teaspoons Sichuan peppercorns, 1kg higher-welfare brisket, unrolled, 4 teaspoons Chinese 5-spice, olive oil, 1 cucumber, 6 nests of vermicelli rice noodles (300g total), ½ a bunch of coriander (15g) and 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
