James Martin served up a delicious classic French apple tarte tatin with alternative apple ice cream on James Martin Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 200g all butter puff pastry, cut into 6 x 10cm circles, 250g caster sugar, 125g butter and 6 pink lady apples peeled, cored and halved.
To serve: 330g vanilla ice cream, 200g cocoa butter and Green and red food sprays.
