Benjamina’s lemon yoghurt loaf cake recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Benjamina served up a delicious lemon yoghurt loaf cake with sunflower oil and lemon juice on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 175g caster sugar, Zest of 1 lemon, 120ml sunflower oil, 3 medium eggs, 220g plain flour, 2 tsp baking powder, Pinch of salt and 185g plain yoghurt.

Lemon glaze: 150g icing sugar and juice of 1 lemon.
