Nadiya Hussain lamb sloppy Joes with marmite, pickled eggs and red onion recipe on Nadiya’s Cook Once Eat Twice

Nadiya Hussain served up tasty lamb sloppy Joes with marmite, pickled eggs and red onion on Nadiya’s Cook Once Eat Twice.

The ingredients for the mince are: 3 tbsp olive oil, 6 cloves of garlic, minced, 2 onions, finely diced, 1 tsp salt, 4 tbsp tomato puree, 2 x 400g tins of cream of tomato soup, 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tsp Marmite, 3 tbsp ground cumin, 2 tbsp chilli flakes (optional), 1 kg lamb mince, 100ml whole milk and 2 tbsp gravy granules.

To serve: 8 large floury baps, 4 pickled eggs, grated and 1 red onion, thinly sliced.
