James Martin homemade pasta ragu with beef and pork recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty homemade pasta ragu with beef and pork on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the pasta are: 250g type 00 flour, 250g semolina flour and 5 eggs.

For the ragout: 300g minced beef, 300g minced pork, 1 onion, peeled and diced, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 1 carrot diced, 1 leek diced, 2 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes and 1 bunch basil.

To finish: A small bunch basil, chopped and Grated Parmesan.
