James Martin served up tasty roasted BBQ lamb chops with yoghurt, orange and black garlic dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 12 lamb chops, French trimmed, 25ml olive oil and Salt and pepper.
For the vegetables: 50ml olive oil, 200g broccolini and 4 small aubergines.
For the dressing: 100g labneh, 1 tbsp honey, 2 cloves black garlic, crushed, 1 lemon, juice and zest, 1 orange, segmented, juice and zest, 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses, 100ml olive oil, 1 tbsp zaatar, 1 tbsp sumac and 100g toasted hazelnuts, chopped.
To serve: 100g pomegranate seeds and Coriander and mint leaves.
