Anna Haugh served up a tasty cauliflower soup with chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, smoked mackerel and cumin seeds on Morning Live.
The ingredients are: 1 head of cauliflower aprox 800g, 1litre of milk, 60g double cream, 1tsp salt, 1 x can of chick peas, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 2 fillets of smoked mackerel (140g) and ½ bunch of tarragon.
