Nadiya Hussain chickpeas meringue kisses with chickpea water, vanilla and cream of tartar on Nadiya’s Cook Once Eat Twice.
The ingredients are: 130g chickpea water, 1/4 tsp cream of tartar, 100g caster sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and a couple of small drops of gel based food colouring.
To Serve: melted white chocolate and crunchy almond biscuits.
