James Martin Cornish red mullet with BBQ squid, purple sprout broccoli with a sweet and sharp ponzu dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 3 red mullet fillets (125g each) scaled and pin-boned, 3 medium squid, scored, A little oil, Salt and pepper, 200g broccolini, 50g cashews, toasted and Few sprigs of micro coriander.

For the Ponzu Dressing: 1 clove black garlic, crushed, 1 tsp miso paste, 1 tbsp yuzu, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 lime, juice and Few chives, chopped.
