Crystelle Pereira served up tasty miso butter tagliatelle pasta with roasted leek on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1 leek, thinly chopped, 3 tbsp olive oil, garlic clove, grated, salt and pepper, tagliatelle pasta, tbsp white miso paste, soften butter and juice of 1/2 a lemon.
