Lisa Faulkner vanilla Breton cake with creme fraiche recipe on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen

Lisa Faulkner and John Torode served up a delicious vanilla Breton cake with creme fraiche on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 225g plain flour, 250g caster sugar, 250g butter, 5 eggs yolks.

For the glaze: 1 egg white, pinch of salt and sugar.
