Craig and Shaun McAnuff (Original Flava) serve dup a tasty Jamaican Brown Stew Chicken with Jollof Bulgur Wheat on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 1kg. Skinless chicken thighs, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. Black pepper, 1 tsp ground pimento, 1 tsp all purpose seasoning, 1 tsp browning, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 4tbsp. brown sugar, 1 medium onion diced, 4 garlic cloves diced, handful of fresh thyme, 1 scotch bonnet pepper and 250ml water.
For the jollof bulgur wheat: 1 Red bell peppers, 2 Red onions diced, 3 small tomatoes, 8 garlic cloves, 1 scotch bonnet, deseeded, Thumb of ginger, 357ml water, 2 tbsp. Tomato puree, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tbsp. Tsp all purpose or 1 Maggie cube, 2 bay leaves and 500g washed bulgur wheat.
