Marcus Wareing served up tasty pork meatballs in citrus tomato sauce with orange and lemon on Marcus in the Med: Mallorca.
The ingredient for the tomato sauce are: 1 onion, finely chopped, 3 bay leaves, 1 orange, 2 lemons, 1 large ripe tomato, chopped, 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, 100ml tomato passata, Tomato paste, Sea salt and black pepper, Dash sherry vinegar, Pinch mixed green herbs and Pinch chilli flakes.
For the meatballs: 500g pork mince, 100g breadcrumbs, 1 egg, Rosemary, finely chopped, Pinch mixed herbs and Butter.
