The ingredients are: 1 roll of all butter puff pastry, 100g marzipan, thinly sliced or 2 tbsp membrillo paste, 3 apples, sliced thinly, 1 egg yolk, for egg wash, 50g melted butter and Sugar, for sprinkling.
