Damiano Carrara Sicilian cannoli with cream cheese, pistachios and chocolate recipe on This Morning

Damiano Carrara served up delicious Sicilian cannoli with cream cheese, pistachios and chocolate on This Morning.

The ingredients for the cannoli shells are: 30g lard or butter, 30g sugar, Zest of ½ lemon, Zest of ½ orange, 2g cinnamon, 1g salt , 1 egg, plus 1 egg yolk, 250g cake flour, 50g marsala wine, 10g white vinegar, Egg white and Oil for frying.

For the ricotta filling: 250g fresh ricotta, strained , 50g fresh double cream, 25g sugar, Dark chocolate, chopped and Candied oranges, chopped.

To garnish: Ground pistachios and Icing sugar.
