Briony May Williams served up a quick and easy spicy rice dish with bell peppers and peas on Morning Live.

The ingredients are: 1 small onion, 1 garlic clove, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1 tsp paprika, pinch chiili flakes, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 200g long grain rice (rinsed), 100g frozen peas, 500ml chicken or veg stock, salt and pepper for seasoning and oil for frying.
