Phil Vickery served up a tasty potato rosti with fried egg, sage and thyme on this morning.
The ingredients are: 800g potatoes, washed well, 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 small onion, finely chopped, 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme, 1 medium egg white, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp salted butter, 100ml vegetable oil, 20 sage leaves, Salt and Freshly ground black pepper.
