Dr Amir Khan served up a tasty air fryer halloumi fritter burgers with yoghurt sauce on Lorraine.
The ingredients are: Grate 2 carrots, Grate 2 courgettes, Grate one block of halloumi, Add 6/7 leaves chopped fresh mint, A small handful chopped parsley, Half tsp chilli powder, A pinch of salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 egg and 4 tablespoons plain flour.
