James Martin crispy fried leeks with yuzu, Parmesan and shrimp salad recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty crispy fried leeks with yuzu, miso, Parmesan cheese and shrimp salad recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 16 large shrimp, shelled, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and Salt and pepper, to taste.

For the salad: 2 leeks, julienned, 300g rocket, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp truffle oil, 1 tbsp yuzu, 50g Parmesan, cut into small chunks and 2 tbsp dried miso powder.
