James Martin served up tasty crispy fried leeks with yuzu, miso, Parmesan cheese and shrimp salad recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 16 large shrimp, shelled, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and Salt and pepper, to taste.
For the salad: 2 leeks, julienned, 300g rocket, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp truffle oil, 1 tbsp yuzu, 50g Parmesan, cut into small chunks and 2 tbsp dried miso powder.
