Lisa Faulkner makes banana cheat Ice cream with vanilla fudge in her Coastal Cottage on This Morning.

The ingredients for the Vanilla fudge are: 1x 397g can condensed milk, 500g granulated sugar, 125ml Water, 50g Butter and 1 Vanilla pod,split lengthways or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

For the cheats Banana Ice Cream: 4 bananas peeled and frozen, broken into chunks, 150 mls plain Greek Yoghurt, 80 mls Honey and 30 mls Milk.

To make the ice cream, place the frozen Bananas, half the yoghurt, the milk and the honey in a food processor and blend.

When smooth, add the rest of the yoghurt then blend but don’t let it defrost.

place in the freezer to cool for 10 minutes and serve.
