John Torode served up a delicious fig and almond tart with yoghurt and honey on this morning.
The ingredients are: 175g unsalted butter, softened, 150g caster sugar , 150g self-raising flour, sifted, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp milk , 100g ground almonds, 1 tsp almond essence, 400g figs: 100g chopped, 300g sliced in half, 1 tbsp granulated sugar, Kumquat liqueur and Icing sugar, to dust.
Yoghurt and honey, to serve.
