John Torode served up a tasty seafood pasta with cheese and breadcrumbs on This Morning.
The ingredients for the sauce are: 50ml olive oil , 1 small onion, sliced, 3 medium ripe tomatoes, chopped into small pieces, 50g black olives in brine, chopped , 4 prawns, peeled and shelled (keep the heads), deveined, 300g spaghetti, cooked to packet instructions, 2 scallops, halved into discs, Juice of 1 lemon and Salt and pepper.
For the crumb: Hunk of baguette or sourdough, torn into bits , 50g pecorino, Small bunch parsley, roughly chopped and Lemon zest.
