Tom Kerridge served up tasty Cheesy Leeks on Tom Kerridge More Sunday Lunch.
The ingredients are: 3 large leeks, cut into 2cm rounds (approx 550g), 1 tbsp thyme, leaves picked, 2 tbsp olive oil, 50g butter, 50g plain flour, 450ml whole milk, 100ml single cream, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp English mustard, 100g mild cheddar, grated, 40g parmesan, grated, 1/4 of a nutmeg, finely grated and 1 tsp flat leaf parsley, finely chopped.
