James Martin deep fried chicken wings with koji, sriracha butter and sweet corn relish on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1kg chicken wings and 2 tbsp koji.

For the sriracha butter: 125ml sriracha sauce, 100ml runny honey, 125g butter, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder and 1 lime, juice only.

To serve: Mint, Coconut shavings and 1 red chilli, sliced.
