James Martin Roasted Pineapple with Maple Butter Sauce and Doughnuts recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious Roasted Pineapple with Maple Butter Sauce and Doughnuts on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 1 pineapple, skin removed and cut into 6 lengthways, 50g dark brown sugar, 50g butter, melted and Pinch of ground cinnamon.

For the sauce: 75g dark brown sugar, 50ml maple syrup, 75g butter, 50ml double cream, 50g raisins and 50ml rum.

To serve: 6 doughnuts, Few sprigs of Mint and Vanilla ice cream.
