James Martin Swiss meringue with berries recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a delicious Three berries Swiss meringue with on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 6 large egg whites and 300g caster sugar.

To fill: 600ml double cream, whipped, 200ml raspberry sauce, 200g raspberries, 200g blackberries and 200g strawberries.

To serve: 200g caster sugar and A few mint sprigs.
