James Martin served up a tasty blackened chicken with miso, fried leeks and spinach salad with a yuzu and truffle oil dressing on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 2 x 200g chicken breasts, 300g miso, 300g caster sugar, 100ml sake and 100ml mirin.
For the salad: 1 leek, julienned, 300g baby leaf spinach, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp truffle oil, 1 tbsp yuzu, 2 tbsp parmesan, grated and 2 tbsp dried miso.
