Sabrina Ghayour served up tasty harissa and preserved lemon roasted chicken wings on Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 1–1.5kg chicken wings, 8 preserved lemons, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2–3 tsp sea salt flakes, crushed, 90g rose harissa and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
