James Martin served up a tasty asparagus Soup with cream, parsley and chive oil on James martin’s Saturday Morning.
The ingredients are: 300g asparagus, peeled and finely sliced, 300ml milk, 100ml double cream, Small bunch parsley, Salt and pepper.
To garnish: Double cream, Herb oil and Asparagus trimmings.
